I bought this for my Christmas baking having never used this brand before. It's far superior to the usual big brands and has a lovely fine texture which I'm convinced made my Yorkshire puddings rise to a more lofty height. I'll definitely buy again.

This is the best plain organic flour i have found for making pastry and over the many years i have tried a lot of different flours. It rolls out beautifully. Highly recommend this plain flour.

I've been using Matthews Organic Plain Flour for quite a while now for all my baking. It's marvellous for pastry and biscuits, I can feel the quality of the flour when rolling out. For cakes, I just add bicarbonate of soda and cream of tartar to turn it into self-raising flour. The flour has an excellent smooth texture and, even though I sieve it just to add some air, there's never any lumps or clumping.

Lovely pastry flour for pies and biscuits. Brilliant for pastry and biscuit making. Shortcrust pastry for pies is excellent. Great to have an organic alternative to a flour that is used in so many different basic recipes.

Very good quality flour and have had good results in baking scones, pastry and cakes. Was also delivered much earlier than the time frame given - which was much appreciated. Would recommend.
