I've been using Matthews Churchill flour for a wee while now (our local Tesco sells it in 1.5kg bags). I bake both sourdough and Jim Lahey's slow rise loaf (well worth a go, if you haven't tried it) and Churchill always gives good consistent results and a very nice flavoured bread with a good crumb and crust. I decided to buy a large sack, which will keep me going for a month or several! It has a long shelf life and was promptly delivered. So all in all, a happy baker!
