Super fine white flour - great for creating light loaves and rolls. Good for pizza too

This is my second sack of Churchill flour and the quality is just as good as the first sack I used, produces some nice standard white loaves and soft dinner rolls, or a cracking 50/50 tasting loaf when combined with Cotswold Crunch.

For my sourdough and yeasted bread. The standard never varies.

Second bag of this flour. I use it mainly to feed my sourdough starter which thrives on this. I also use it for the occasional white or mixed loaf. I like to use your multigrain and rough brown flours when making loaves. Delicious.

I've only recently started using Matthews Churchill flour in September so I'm still tweaking my recipes to suit it, but saying that both the sandwich and crusty loaves I've made with it so far are producing some very tasty results. Really happy with how things have turned out from the get go, lovely flour being grown by local farmers and still milled by the local family miller then topped off with a speedy delivery service what more could you ask for, except another sack when this one is empty.

I’ve been using supermarket flour, albeit good quality Waitrose flour, for some time, but have achieved better results from this flour, for my sourdough. Still trying to get the perfect sourdough loaf, which takes some doing! Will continue using this flour.
