The previous orders of flour were very tasty. I bought this as the other was not available. I prefer this less flavoured alternative. I would prefer this in future unless I try the crunch.

This is a lovely flour that makes really tasty bread both on its own and combined with with any of Matthews Cotswold’s strong white flours. In either case, you will get a surprisingly open, fluffy crumb for a wholemeal flour —and a tasty, flavoursome loaf.
