I love the flavor and texture of this flour. I use 450g of this combined with 250g strong white which gives a perfect loaf every time. I have just started making sourdough so I wonder if anyone has tried adding Cotswold Crunch and if so how much?

When flour supplies elsewhere were more miss than hit I took a punt on Cotswold Crunch and trusted the many 5 star reviews. I'm chuffed that I can add my own to the list! Several loaves in now, and absolutely overjoyed with the consistently perfect bread that is being produced. It's spot on to use in a bread maker, there's no looking back and I'll be trying other mixes when I've exhausted this batch. It's fresh-bread heaven!!

I've baked my own bread for 40 years and CC makes the best loaf I have ever made. It's so nutty and malty. I don't have a bread maker, so knead it by hand, which is very messy, because the mix is wet as the grain soaks up the moisture. But we think that is a small price to pay for such a delicious loaf. You have worked so hard during lockdown to keep us supplied. Thank you.

One of my favourite flours, certainly the best seeded version. I use a 75/25% with organic white and to make a special loaf, use Hiver Honey Beer, or on other occasions, ale or even Guinness. The Cotswold Crunch copes with virtually any liquid, alcoholic or not and is a firm favourite with family and friends and works well by hand or machine, although its much more satisfactory by hand!

This flour makes delicious bread in my bread making making machine. I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic in October 2018 and is being diet controlled so I am very conscious of what I eat . Most , if not all, whole grain /granary / brown flours have a lower GI ( glycemic index) and therefore is better for diabetics . I really enjoy toast with marmalade or jam ( all homemade ) for my breakfast and the occasional sandwich at other times. When freshly made , sandwiches are delicious and when toasted , have a great crunch . I may ,in time practice mixing this flour with others from this company . Great service & delivery from Company
