Started using a 50% eight grain mix with 50% Cotswold crunch several years ago. Have not had a single “fail” and family will not eat anything else! Make the dough in a bread machine, then remove it and form the loaf myself which is then baked in the oven. Tastes delicious!

We love a loaf made with Cotswold Crunch. It makes the most wonderful soft, tasty and extremely moreish bread. Also makes the house smell so good while baking. Delicious

Makes a lovely loaf, very tasty and fills the room with that great granary aroma, I only bought a single bag intially as a trial and have enjoyed the results I've achieved with it, so have just ordered another 5 bags to replenish my flour stock. A personal choice but what really makes this breads flavour stand out for me, is some thickcut slices with a couple of bacon rashers or extra mature cheddar and onion.

Our favourite. Most used bread flour in our house. Moist and 'nutty'.

Love this crunchy flour either on its own or mixed in various proportions as the mood takes. The results are always hoovered up.

Such a good flour, either on its own or in a mix (we mix with wholemeal, rye and extra ground seeds/grains). It makes the most delicious loaves, highly recommended.

This is my first time of using this flour. I mixed it with Churchill White and to my surprise I had a beautiful light loaf.

Cotswold Crunch is the best flour I have ever used for bread. It has a gorgeous chocolatey, nutty aroma and produces a wonderful loaf. I bake four loaves a week and am always mesmerised by the results.
