The flour has been brilliant for making and baking my go to sourdough recipe, good open crumb, flavourful crust with good colour and aroma. The delivery was an utter shambles due to the inability of the courier to abide by a post code, eventually delivered but with no explanations for inability to find our address offered. Such a shame, fantastic product let down by delivery.
