We all love the Cotswold Dark Crunch, amazing flavour. Mixing with a bit of wholemeal spelt at the moment which is another fab new twist

A flavoursome malty crunchy flour. Great to use on its own or mix and match to suit (I use 70% Crunch with 30% Wholemeal). Works in breadmaker producing better than shop-bought bread every time.
