We absolutely love the cotswold crunch flour. It makes a light textured but firm loaf, with a distinct flavour. It can last a few days in the loaf bag, although mostly gets devoured before then. The seeds and grains are a perfect addition.

The flavour & texture of the brown loafs I've made is gorgeous & I'm totally sure it's the quality of this flour that produces the flavour. Would recommend.

I have been baking bread for over 40 years, and this is the best and most reliable flour I have found. It also makes a very tasty loaf

This is one of my frequent bakes as it bakes "out of the bag" with no addataives. Easy to use in the breadmaker.

Traditional tin 'Crunch plus' loaves are a weekly staple in our house. I use a slow autolyse method on the fridge overnight and then 4x stretch and rest provings, followed by a final prove in the tin, and voilà! A great tasty all-purpose loaf for toast and sandwiches etc.
