Makes a lovely loaf. Excellent breakfast fare and superb toasted. Of a dry mix of 1lb4oz I usually make 6 oz of strong plain white Canadian flour to 14oz of Cotswold Crunch dark flour so that it rises better….just my preference.

A great flour for making bread that is a little different. This was bag three that has been purchased from here.
