During lockdown discovered Matthews flour. Use nothing else. Great that Waitrose sell some. However, tried these small ready mixed bags and delighted with the variety of bread produced. Also a good present to introduce fellow bread makers to a fantastic product.

I have a bread machine and long tried to find a bread mix that really matches 'artisan', as in straight from a craftsman baker. Nothing has ever worked to that standard. These bread mixes do and the selection is a brilliant idea to try all the varieties. None has disappointed. And has given my bread machine a whole new lease of life.

A great mix of flours. I have made 3 loaves from the box so far and each one is delicious. They are far superior to any other mixes I have tried

I, have just made my second loaf from the Bread mix selection. I first one was Spelt and Rye , which was delicious. I’ve just made the Bibury Barley which is another triumph. I made both by hand as I sold my bread maker! I started making bread during lockdown when I discovered Mathews flour. I’ve never been disappointed, beautiful products.
