Tried this flour for the first time and loved it. The loaf was light and fluffy with plenty of flavour. I always use Matthews Cotswold flour as I find you cannot beat it.

Super flour , both for texture and taste and easy to make in my Panasonic breadmaker, using the standard programme, either 100% Bibury, or 50% with strong white. Makes fantastic toast, crisp and full of flavour. Still to try mixing it with other flours, like wholemeal and spelt

Have made 2 loaves already & will add some white bread flour next time to make the result lighter - My loaves were a bit heavy! Any suggestions accepted! Thanks.

I am an unashamed breadmaker user! Sorry if that offends the 'hands on' bread makers! I had very good results using this flour with the ingredients for the 100% Wholemeal bread setting in my Panasonic. A lovely loaf with a good texture and flavour. I haven't tried blending with other flours yet as I wanted to see how the flour would perform on its own but that is the next step.
