Used this for the first time with an automatic bread maker - Wow - Tried traditional English and Italian bread programs, and Both turned out lovely, We have tried other flour brands since, and this is by far our favorite to use. Will be ordering very soon Thanks for making this easy for us.

Works really well in our bread maker. We tend to use a 50-50 mix with wholemeal and the bread tastes great.

My first purchase of Matthews Strong White Flour. I found the flour was good to work with, beautiful creamy colour. The dough, made at 26C fermented well and became ripe in about an hour after knocking back after 3/4 hour bulk fermentation. the loaf had beautiful oven spring and a good bloom and crust colour with excellent flavour and crumb. The loaf sliced well and held spreading butter on. A beautiful flour and I will be purchasing it again.

Been using this flour for some years now you can always rely on the quality and service bread and rolls are great what else can I say about a good product

Since starting to usr this flour, it has never failed to make a very good tasty loaf. My Grand daughters favourite. Before the 2nd. proving, she makes a long sausage shape, then uses the roller to lengthen it, cuts two lines into it, and then plaits the three strips. Always has a success, and the smile on her face when it comes out of the oven, is priceless.

The loaves I have been making have been perfect. Also, in addition I’ve used my sourdough mother to make loaves which have been tasty. I would recommend using the mill flour. Well impressed.
