Baking with your flour gives great results. I love making bread and pasta and pizzas with the strong white. Also cakes with the self raising. Deliveries arrive so promptly and packed very well.

A very good quality flour which is milled & produced in the UK. I started buying from Matthews as it is a UK company & provides a quality product which has seen my bread baking improved 100%. They say its the quality of the product that makes the bake better & I believe this is so,the flour is silky to touch & is easy & versatile to use. I have used other flours from the Matthews range & I seem to get great results every time,order on line & get it delivered to your door & it's well packed to,great product will carry on using.

We first ordered this flour from Tesco, about 3 years ago, we now subscribe for direct orders. This makes an excellent loaf in our bread maker.

This flour is absolutely perfect for making White bread and rolls, i have been using it for the last 2/3 years and as long as the standard is kept up will be using it for the foreseeable future, Cobraalan.

Just started using this flour for the first time. All my baking creations work really well with it. My dough rises really well. I buy the Cotswold flour as I live in the area and like to support local business. It’s great quality flour and reasonably priced

Having purchased the odd bag now and again, I started buying only Matthews flours in 2020, and use nothing else. The strong white makes an excellent sourdough, which is my standard loaf, and has been for over a decade.

Have been purchasing Matthews Cotswold Flour for a while now and it never fails. The Strong White is one of my favourites but they are very good and make fantastic bread. I don't buy any other bread flour now.
