A very good quality white bread flour from a British supplier, the flour is always in great condition when used,I cook around 2-3 white loaves per week & a brown loaf or 2 per week all with great results. I'm going to have to start ordering more to cover it all !

I have been using this flour for three years and intend to go on using it. I have experimented with flour ratios and now stick to half Stoneground Wholemeal, one quarter Strong White and one quarter Eight Grain (or similar grain flour). I like the taste and texture of this combination. Flouring my tins with the grain flour after oiling them gives a good surface too.

I make bread in a Panasonic bread maker. My preferred mix is 250 gms strong white flour and 250 gms of 7seed flour. This gives a light and tasty bread.
