The bracket itself is ok. But the instructions are terrible one tiny piece of paper with a sketch of the bracket no real instructions you have to work it out yourself so that needs sorting out. It comes with all the bolts and screws although one washer was missing. Be careful when bolting it to the wall as the Rawlplugs supplied are soft and can start to turn in the wall. All said and done it does what it supposed to and supports the outdoor compressor giving it the proper spacing for air flow. Thank you cooleasy.

Does what it says on the tin adjustable width to make fitting easy some people get confused with the lack of instructions but its really not that difficult

These brackets are well made strong. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t have been for the poor installation instructions. Like the AirCon units themselves, these instructions seem to have been translated from the more comprehensive instructions that are in a different language. It would be a great idea for Midea to have the full instructions for both the brackets and aircon units printed in English so that they ensured that everything was installed correctly and not an interpretation of what someone believes should happen due to part of the instructions not being covered. One point was there was nothing to show how to correctly install the rubber washers on or between the aircon unit and the brackets. Other than the above, I am very pleased with the system. Murphy’s law though, it is now cool and raining.

Does the job. Installed two of these, both had different minor bits missing and 50% of the bolts included, sheared off when tightening. Use your own bolts, replace the missing rubber or washer.
