You purchased this product to do a job it was not built for or powerful enough for. We would have happy to help you and we would have given a refund if you wanted to send this back. However you never expressed your displeasure to us, instead decided to go straight to a public platform then when we asked what the issue was and what we could do to resolve it we was met with profanity and abuse.
