“I run a small clinic and ordered one of these air con units for one of the rooms and found it so effective I decided to upgrade a unit in one of the other rooms. So now I have two, which says it all really!”

“Touch Controls almost impossible to understand, instruction manual poor. Struggled to get even to 16 deg. Have not used it as heater as too difficult to set up.”
