“Had to call back 3 times. Kept being told that nobody who was working knew how to use coolcare 3. If coolcare 3 is still active in certain workplaces, your staff should be able to help with any support required.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the service you have received from CoolCare and appreciate your feedback. We have investigated your comments and found that your initial call was taken via our support Tier one team who escalated it through our ticketing system, to a trained team member who could assist. On the second call, unfortunately, your colleague contacted our sales team who have not been trained to assist with technical queries, as this is not their remit, although they did pass it on to our Support Team that you had called. We can see that the initial ticket raised was answered within our SLA and we hope that this has fully resolved the problem for you. We do have designated staff to deal with CoolCare3 as it is a legacy product and we value their experience and expertise in assisting all our customers with any queries.
