“Quick response on the chat feature within Coolcare- polite support representative. the only think i'd have liked more, and this isn't really a reflection on the support desk colleague themselves, was a little more detail around expected timeframes- due to the impact of the login issue.”

“chat bot was very helpful. unfortunately we are still experiencing issue with logging in to Coolcare.”
