“So far (since October), Coolcare Support Desk have been excellent. Very quick to reply, very good communications and personable. Things were well explained. People tried to ring me as well as email. Also people have phoned to ensure I'm happy, before closing a ticket. Must be the only Service Desk in the world which does this!!! This has all been invaluable during the otherwise stressful time of acquiring the Hadrian homes and migrating them into the Anchor Hanover IT environment.”

“On the 11/12/2019 I requested a report, the next day it was acknowledged by Helen the Accounts Manager, I received a follow up phone call from Matt from the support team. He was very helpful and friendly and the Report was up and running by the 13/12/2019. This was a really quick and helpful service. I have worked with CoolCare since 2009 and find it easy to understand and use and the team are always there for you if you need advice. Merry Christmas to one and all at CoolCare.”
