This machine was and still is showing a grey screen with a blue vertical line. At first on Saturday this would not fob me in, this has since changed but there is no name or time coming up. I emailed CoolCare on Saturday and had a phone call first thing this morning. Very good service.

spoken to a member of staff from tech support...scanned over details had no response back. email received to say enquiry has been cancelled?? issue has not been dealt with...promised phone call back not made. Unsatisfactory results.... company feel product was sold under faults promises
