“Sam was quick to help and very quick to work out the problem troubling me. Phone line was clear, Sam was cheerful and was a human, not someone reading off a script. credit to the company”

“Terrible support service, after several days of leaving messages with support desk to help, it took 4 days to finally resolve a very simple issue. It has to be said Matt was great when it was finally sorted, but it was like "pushing water uphill to get the issue resolved".”

“Matt was nothing short of fantastic yesterday. He fixed an urgent query quickly, with a brilliant understanding of the product. Couldn't fault the experience, he even took the call off another engineer as he knew the product intimately. From one tech to another, it makes me happy to see that level of understanding with the willingness to use it, the severity of the issue on our end made me appreciate this even further. You love to see these things Matt, keep up the great work.”
