“Having just migrated from Cc3 to Cc4, needed much help with a lot of issues. Ben Mann always responded in good time, was positive, so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and supportive. Some issues continued - Ben was tenacious in getting them sorted. He's a credit to your business.”

“The support desk - 5 star Support on the telephone was great. They then had to refer to the tech team to resolve my issue of not being able to discharge a resident. Tech Team - 1 star. It took 2 days to resolve.”
