“Very helpful with a friendly manner and kept me updated as promised. I have marked down the "how timely was the service" only because I had to make 2 calls to the support telephone number before receiving the support desk call. After the initial help desk call the follow up was very timely and much appreciated.”

“Always a joy speaking to the guys on the Support Desk - very knowledgeable and usually fix things on the phone. If not then they will come back within a reasonable time as the day to day workings of CoolCare is a priority to our business and they understand this”

“your support techs are absolutely brilliant. Great communications and the friendliness that comes is amazing. Benjamin was a star helping out with our recent problems, although I do have to question the fact that our bank staff holiday EU percentage dropped completely out of the system, and thankfully Benjamin found it and we are now back on track??”

“Initially we did not get any response. But when I asked for someone to ring, they were straight on the 'phone, and worked hard to solve the issue.”
