I think that the gentleman that fixed the problem was excellent and sorted out the problem. The only criticism I have is that my original phone call/problem was not communicated properly and I was not contacted as arranged, therefore, I had to ring and chase to see what was happening.

Great staff! Benjamin is lovely and very knowledgeable. He sorted my issues with efficiency and was able to teach me during his support session

I had to chase for a reply but when I was contacted, the person who dealt with my query was very supportive and quickly was able to solve the problem.

The support desk is absolutely out of this world. We had an issue with CC4 this morning. Then we had several emails confirming there was an issue. Mike from the support desk then telephoned to ask if everything was work as it should - fantastic service thank you guys.
