“I think that the gentleman that fixed the problem was excellent and sorted out the problem. The only criticism I have is that my original phone call/problem was not communicated properly and I was not contacted as arranged, therefore, I had to ring and chase to see what was happening.”

“The support desk is absolutely out of this world. We had an issue with CC4 this morning. Then we had several emails confirming there was an issue. Mike from the support desk then telephoned to ask if everything was work as it should - fantastic service thank you guys.”
