I logged a call with support Tuesday morning CC29339 - I had no updates throughout the day and received two emails Wednesday PM that the case had been closed - again with no updates of the resolution. I raised the queries for all of the homes - I need to give updates to them regularly when this is a company wide problem.

Had an ongoing problem with exporting files into Sage. Ben was able to remote access and was identified the problem was with Sage. I had previously contacted Sage about this problem and they had just passed it back to coolcare. Ben had a good understanding of Sage and amended my Sage files and sorted the problem out. Whilst talking to him I mentioned 2 other problems we had been experiencing, Ben sorted these also. First-class service Ben
