“The support from the Support Desk has been brilliant; both Sarah and Phil were very patient with me when I was asking them to take me through various steps and the process to resolve the problem we had with iButtons and Nohmad. No one can fault their knowledge of the system, their communication skills and patience. Absolutely brilliant!”
