This query did take a while to sort and I was passed to 3 different people for it. In conclusion I do feel that there should be a function on Coolcare to acknowledge staff who cannot cover a shift, therefore enabling these requests to be archived so we can see further requests to cover shifts.

Sam is always very helpful and communicates well. Nothing is too small and I feel able to ask question even if they are not relevant to the training we are doing at the time.

Did not resolve problem, given false information. I was informed one of my staff was booked on 2 shifts on different houses - she was not.
