Hi as a business we proactively requested what would happen over the daylight saving weekend, when I received the 'I think' message I asked the advisor to seek clarification, it was then confirmed that 13 hours would be recorded on sifts worked over this period. This message was communicated to our three sites. When it became apparent this was not the case I asked for clarification and was told no the message given was not correct, this error if not spotted would have resulted in a loss of pay for every employee that worked during this time. We sought advice however the advice given was not correct which is disappointing and reduces the trust we have in the advice we receive.
