“No reason or solution able to be given to problem raised. Support not able to replicate it, to look at cause of issue. Misunderstanding of the issue when first raised, so second ticket opened to look into problem. This obviously wasted time and I completed payroll from our own paper records, e.g. hours worked and annual leave due, as this employee was leaving.”
