“The installation has been very easy. We recieved all training that we required and the training was very good. We recieved our training from Macauly who told us he generally works on the support side. He was very interactive, answered all our questions, he was patient and clearly had a very good knowledge of the system. You could tell that he was invested in the Coolcare system and this had a positive impact on the training he delivered. We feel very confident moving forward and are very grateful for the time and effort he has given us.”
