“I haven’t had an experience of any claim etc but they seem ok when speaking to on the phone although they added charges when they needed to alter a trivial detail regarding my address which wasn’t explained before I changed it. The original address was also correct so I would rather they told me this on the phone that any alteration however small would result in charges.”
