“So far so good on using One Call as I've gone from a car to a van and it's the first time using One Call, they did save me quite a bit on my policy but not overly impressed with the fact it cost me £15.00 for someone to type a private number plate onto my account once I changed it over from the original registration number. My last insurance company never ever charged me in over 17 years and 4 car changes, and they didn't even have to reissue the certificate as we have to print them out ourselves nowadays”
