“At a similar cost as my previous insurers but with extra coverage to suit my requirements , no fancy freebies just insurance that I need.. personally I would prefer documentation to be sent through the post, however it seems downloading is the new way so hopefully it won’t be a problem should I require at anytime,, signing in etc etc ..”
“Windscreen claims requirements need to be made more obvious. After purchasing through comparison website you are asked many more details, if you wish to not proceed at this point they charge you £80 and you have no option to pay as they have your money. The underwriter confirmed to me the full refund was sent to motor-vision. I don’t trust them and suggest you don’t”
