“Shocking company ...didnt take direct debit on date I asked causing me to be charged by my bank and also wouldn't cancel my policy when I asked causing me to owe them more once it was cancelled including a 75 pound cancellation fee.. Plus wouldn't release no claims discount either causing lots and lots of problems with new provider...”
