They corrected my occupation but increased my insurance premium. Argued it out with the call handler who claimed he couldn't see the information I had submitted. I cancelled the insurance as it was no longer competitive. When I got my credit card statement, they had refunded but retained £25. Not impressed.”
“your insurance was great could not fault ,however cant say the same for your added on car breakdown service , ii broke down at a major set of lights in the middle of the junction whilst turning right,in manchester and 8am rush hour , i waited to get an operator for 17mins , they then picked the phone up and immediately hung up before i uttered a word, waited a further 8 mins , to be informed it would be an hour before recovery, the operator suggested i contact the police for them to do something,,,,i paid a passing tow truck 40 pounds to move us to safety ,,,,,cars fault was the hydraulic brakes had locked on , and would not release,”
