“They emailed to say they would contact me within 48 hours for security confirmation. Then emailed to say policy would not be valid till I contacted them. So I had to pay for 14 minute phone call to confirm the details they already had! They issued a policy with wrong details, had to email twice to correct them. They rang twice in one day to say they hadn't received a copy of my driving licence then said it was a mistake. Appalling service, will never use them again or recommend.”
“I was told by Confused that I had 4 years No Claim Bonus in my quote. Performance Direct asked for confirmation of this after I purchased the Car insurance. I was then told that my insurance was on a year to year bass and that No Claim Discount was not accrued. I was then told to pay an extra £30 to continue the insurance or pay the same amount to cancel it. So in the end no saving was made by using Performance Direct or Confused. I will go elsewhere next time.”
