“Major faffing around at the start of the contract providing proof of no claims bonus and driving licence codes which then disappeared in their system for a while - first time any insurer has had to ask me, rather than going to my previous insurer. Threats to cancel the policy not helpful.”

“After I had paid the premium I had several phone calls and emails asking for scans of driving license and DVLA check codes for both drivers with threats to withdraw cover something I have never had with other companies. There is no 14 day cooling off period with this company as they charge a cancellation fee almost as high as the premium. Regrettably I did not read reviews on line before taking out the policy I just hope I do not need to claim.”
