“They have an automated system to send out cancellation letters. One was sent because my box hadn't been fitted within 7 days when I took the first date available. Then following the box being fitted I didn't drive my car and they threatened to cancel again because certain criteria hadn't been met. I.e. I needed to drive my car.”
