Very easy to deal with. No fussing around and asking me to prove my no claims bonus, they took my old insurance details and checked it themselves which made things move smoothly. Changed my Reg Number too and their communications and procedures were straight forward and uncomplicated. Thus far im very happy. Hope they treat me this well at renewal time!!

I complained to More Than about their payment policy. Deposit straight away, followed by a payment 2 weeks later (in the same month) followed by another instalment 1 week later. Despite wanting to pay monthly this bunching of payments became quite an inconvenience. Why make it difficult in the initial months and have nothing to pay for the last few months of the policy? Spread it out over 12 months as other insurance companies do. Because all this was written down on the policy it's ok to do and apparently my fault for not checking thoroughly enough (despite the actually dates not being clear on the payment screen). Just because you can operate that way didn't mean you should. Phone operators were not particularly interested
