“As an existing LV customer it was very disappointing that LV had dramatically increased my car insurance policy price for its next renewal. By going to Confused.com I was able to find an LV price offer much lower than my renewal offer for the same T's & C's. On advising LV of this I was informed that they could not offer the same price for a renewal but I could cancel my existing policy and open a new one at the lower price. I did this. Thank you Confused.com but may I suggest that LV need to consider their current business model for renewing Customers.”
