“The installation of my telematics box has tampered with the elctrics on the car and they refuse to send someone to replace it. I am also unavailable to get a diagnostics fro. The car manufacturer because the telematics box can interfer with the results. Poor customer service but aside of all that they was the cheapest provider.”
