“Found it hard to contact anyone when first reporting incident, not receiving any information on going claim, even though I have emailed and left messages, When I telephone I keep getting asked the same questions even though I have claim number. I am fully comp but keep being asked about third party's details, I didn't know and was asked to find out as the drunk driver ran from the scene. I did ask the police who gave me the registration of the car belonging to third party, now I am being told that they have to chase up the details. and claim handler ask me to call them back in an hour!! I have been told the value of my car as it has been written off, but can't find out when I will be paid out in order that I can replace my car which I need to get to and from work”
