“I had a car accident over four weeks ago (not my fault!) and I had to wait two weeks for an assessor to go out and view my car. I have done all the phone calls chasing to see what was happening with my car. I was told I would receive paperwork in the post but that has never arrived. Finally got my car back yesterday after many calls to the garage.
I will not recommend this insurance company if anyone asks and I will not renew with them.”
