“Unable to contact Endsleigh. Still unable to access my documents owing to their appalling website. Cannot get though on telephone - long periods of music but no reply. I have paid for a policy but have no confirmation or documents. They are without doubt the most badly run organisation I have ever dealt with.”
“I switched to Endsleigh online admitting to an accident which was not my fault, then received a letter saying I would have to pay another £100 + because I had claimed off my previous insurer for an accident that wasn't my fault. I queried this and they agreed new amount but have taken too much on my credit card and I am having great difficulty getting the money I am owed back. I will not insure with them again.”
