“Some of the data I inputted seemed to be incorrect once I recieved my policy documents so had to call and amend, incurring an additional cost. If there was a review page before payment I believe I would have seen the incorrect information.”

“Have not had to make a claim , but found staff very easy to deal with over the phone when clarifying a couple of points.”
