“I filled all the information on the Tesco website, including my card details. I was then told to read a document before continuing. When I went back to retrieve the form it had disappeared. I rang Tesco.com to see if the had received the form and payment and they confirmed they had received the form but not the payment. I made the payment and the policy documents were emailed straightaway. Very impressed with the efficiency of the call handlers who were extremely helpful. Just what I needed.”
