“Tesco set the policy to auto-renew without my consent then wouldn't send me written confirmation of the change I requested for the policy to expire without auto-renewing which I found odd.
It has since been resolved but not before a formal complaint was created.
I'm afraid I will not accept what any organisation tells me over the phone as being correct without some form of validation.
A good range of benifits with Tesco for a reasonable price.”
