Very poor customer service . Not enough customer service agents answering the phone. Tried three times had wait times between 5-10mins each time. Ended up using their chat line to get closure. The agent I finally spoke with was able to sort my new policy out that’s why I had given them 2 stars. Need to be more customer focus and improve their online experience as it’s very poor to source a new policy online
